CONCERNING
TECHNICAL DIRECTIVES FOR PROCEDURES OF APPLICATION AND
ALLOCATION OF QUOTAS AS WELL AS THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF
EXPORT OF TEXTILE AND TEXTILE PRODUCTS (SKET)

THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE,

ATTACHMENT

Considering:

a. that with the issuance of Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade Number: 135/MPP/Kep/3/2003 dated March 10, 2003, concerning the Stipulation on Allocation of Export Quotas of Textiles and Textile Products (TPT) for the Region of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) Province and in order to maintain the smooth Export of Textiles and Textile Products from Nangroe Aceh Darussalam Province, it is deemed necessary to appoint the Industry and Trade Service Office of Aceh Utara Regency, Lhokseumawe as IPSKET;
b. that in relation thereto, it is necessary to stipulate the matters by issuing a decision of the Director General of International Trade;

In view of:

1. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade Number: 311/MPP/Kep/10/2001 concerning General Provisions On Export Quotas of Textile and Textile Products;
2. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade Number 111/ MPP/Kep/10/2002 on Certificate of Origin for Indonesian Exported Goods;
3. Decision of the Director General of International Trade Number 11/DJPLN/KP/XI/2001 on Technical Directives For Procedures of Application and Allocation of Quotas as well as the Issuance of Certificates of Export of Textile and Textile Products (SKET).

DECIDES :

To stipulate:

Decision of the Director General of International Trade Number on Technical Directives For Procedures of Application and Allocation of Quotas as well as the Issuance of Certificates of Export of Textile and Textile Products (SKET).

First:

To amend the Technical Directive No. 3 Paragraph (1) letter c and Paragraph (3) item 7 in the Director General of International Trade Number 11/DJPLN/KP/XI/2001 on Technical Directives For Procedures of Application and Allocation of Quotas as well as the Issuance of Certificates of Export of Textile and Textile Products (SKET), so that the Technical Directive No. 3 Paragraph (1) letter c and Paragraph (3) item 7 shall read as specified in Attachment to this Decision.

Second:

With the issuance of this Decision, other Regulations contravening this Decision are declared null and void.

Third:

This decision comes into force as from the date of stipulation.
